Montefiore Health System, a profitable NYC hospital, insists there is “no money in the budget” for desperately needed nursing and support staff to address long wait times, overcrowding and a patient safety crisis, especially in the Emergency Departments and Pediatric/Neonatal Intensive Care Units. So Monte nurses are throwing a “Bake Sale for Patient Care” on December 5 from 11:30 - 2:30 PM to raise money and awareness — we hope you can drop by and show your support!

Bake Sales will be held at the following Montefiore locations:

  • Moses: E. Gunhill Rd. at Rochambeau Ave., 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Weiler: Sacket Ave. at Eastchester Rd., 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Home Care: Corner of E. Fordham Rd. and 3rd Ave., 7:00 - 8:30 AM
  • Westchester Square: Corner of St. Raymonds and St. Peters Aves., 12:00 - 1:00 PM
