Rates are $159++ single/double occupancy. Reservations must be received by Tues., Oct. 9, 2012, 5:00 PM to be guaranteed availability at the group rate. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates.
UPDATE: Bus Information, including travel dates and times, as well as pick-up locations, is now listed on the secure Online Registration Form. Please indicate your preferences on the form when registering, and that information will be used to finialize transportation details.
Bus transportation is being provided free of charge to NYSNA members. You will be notified of the specific pick up location via a confirmation letter. Please be sure to include an e-mail address and/or cell phone number to allow for efficient communications regarding bus information. NYSNA reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the designated pick up locations based on a minimum number of registrations.
