Eight members appointed to Leadership Academy

At the June 15, 2011 NYSNA Board of Directors meeting, eight members were appointed to the 2011-2012 Leadership Academy Program.

NYSNA’s Leadership Academy consists of three tiers of participation, carefully designed to assist members in their personal and professional growth and cultivate the leadership qualities necessary to assume positions of influence within the association.

Appointed to the Tier II Fellows Program are:

Kagren Gayle, BSN, RN, New York Presbyterian Hospital, NYC
Rebecca Lippner, BSN, RN, Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo
Janet Mackey, MS, FNP, NPP, BC-PMHNP, HHC, Coney Island Hospital, NYC

Appointed to the Tier III Graduate Program are:

Donna Florkiewicz, RN, CCRN-CMC, CSC, Ellis Hospital, Schenectady
Roxanna Raffa, MS, RN, Catskill Hudson Area Health Education Center, Highland
Vicky S.T. Smith, MS, RN, HCR Home Care, Cortland
