During Tuesday’s Primary Election, RNs hit the streets to campaign for the state legislative candidates who can best represent frontline nurses and our patients. Our hard work proved successful – when the ballots were counted, the majority of candidates that we endorsed were elected.

Now, we are one step closer to electing a legislature that will work to prevent the for-profit takeover of healthcare, support safe staffing legislation, and protect workers' rights.

As we congratulate all of Tuesday’s winners, now, more than ever, is the time to elect candidates that will stand with us on issues we care deeply about. Moving into November’s general election, we must do all we can to help elect those who will stand with us to advocate for our patients.

Below is a list of our endorsed candidates who won on Tuesday. Look out for our list of general election endorsements coming soon, and see you at the polls on November 4!
