Raising standards for Oneonta nurses and patients

The votes are in and it's unanimous: RNs at AO Fox said YES to a new contract that raises standards for us and our patients!

We’re joining more than 24,000 NYSNA RNs in the NYSNA Health Benefits Fund, which gives us access to a large network of providers. We're also saving on our healthcare costs at $167.55 per month, or $2,010.60 per year on health insurance for a family of two, and $151.02 a month, or $1,812.24 for a family of four.

This new contract victory comes shortly after a Bureau of Labor Statistics Study showed that nurses in the region are compensated below the national average. Uniting in NYSNA helps us raise standards for us and our patients – and gives us a voice in the future of healthcare.
