ACA Under Attack

The ACA and the progress that we've made with healthcare is once again under attack—this time by a federal judge in Texas. This decision must not stand or it will strip millions of Americans of basic health care services and deny coverage to people with pre-existing conditions. Healthcare was the top issue in the recent elections. Voters made clear that they want to expand health care programs, with large numbers supporting Medicare For All. The majority does not support more partisan efforts to repeal the law that put health care at risk! So proud NY State is one of 16 states that are appealing this decision under the leadership of New York State Attorney General Underwood!
