West Virginia teachers are heading back to the classroom today after a two day strike that succesfully killed a measure to bring charter schools and private school vouchers to the state. As American Federation of Teachers West Virginia President Fred Albert said, "Senate Bill 451 is now dead. It's gone and will not be resurrected."
