After 123 days on the picket line, Robert Wood Johnson Hospital (RWJH) nurses have reached a tentative agreement! Nurses went on strike for enforceable staffing ratios in the hospital, and while details of the agreement haven’t been made public yet, union leadership has called the agreement historic, saying it includes the safe staffing measures that were a central strike demand.
