NYC H+H Nurses Win Against Pay Parity Delay

Thanks to the organizing efforts of NYSNA nurses at NYC Health + Hospitals (H+H), H+H management announced that it will expedite the new tentative parity pay date. Over the past couple of weeks, nurses showed up united in their NYSNA red scrubs, and hundreds throughout the H+H system signed petition boards demanding their hard-earned parity increases.

They were joined by New York City elected officials who showed their support and solidarity on social media and demanded management deliver pay parity to nurses. H+H management informed NYSNA that the tentative pay date has been moved from Nov. 8 to Sept. 27, 2024, to implement the parity wage increases that became due on July 31, 2024.
